Residential Foundations

Northwood is able to complete the foundation of your dream house. We are able to make it as easy as possible for you, starting from hauling off dirt spoil to grade-beams or piers, setting rebar, forming, and finishing it off with a properly leveled concrete surface.

Commercial Foundations

Northwood has had the opportunity to work with many incredible General Contractors. Northwood has focused on commercial concrete since the beginning and we take great pride in the quality of work we are able to provide. We have been able to complete commercial jobsite of various sizes, from foundations as small as 6,000 sf up to 75,000 sf.

Residential patios/driveways

We are properly equipped to either repair your driveway or replace it entirely! As well as extending your patio or creating your dream patio! Northwood does have a company minimum of $4,000.

Commercial Paving

Northwood is very familiar working with multiple inspectors and city requirements. We have many years of experience with concrete paving from retail center to warehouses. Providing you quality on all of your specified needs and requirements for the jobsite.
